FAQs
We are passionate about creating timeless keepsakes you will treasure for a lifetime. We strive to do this through a stress free and seamless process.
How long will it take to preserve my flowers?

Once you have secured your date with contract and deposit, you will receive detailed mailing and drop off instructions. The day of your wedding, keeping your flowers hydrated in water when not using and out of direct sunlight will help to ensure the best preservation results. It is extremely important to plan to have someone drop off or mail your flowers the day after your wedding. Once we receive your flowers, they are carefully checked and photographed, the images sent to you. If any flowers are unusable, we will contact you about the option of replacing with like flowers. After the flowers have completely dried we will contact you and show layouts for your approval before going further with the process. The amount of time varies, and it usually takes between 4 and 5 months to complete your keepsakes. We will contact you when it is completed and you can either pick it up or mailing will be arranged.
Will my flowers look different?

Flowers do change in color and texture during the drying process. Red roses turn darker and white roses turn cream or yellow in color. Some flowers that are pink change to purples. Tropical flowers and berries show the greatest color change. We do offer some color correction.

Can I get my extra flowers back?
Due to order volume and space we can not send extra flowers back.
Will my flowers fade over time?
All pressed and resin flowers do some fading over time. Keeping them away from direct sunlight will slow this process. We do use UV products also to reduce the process.

Why do I need to reserve my spot before my wedding?
We take a limited number of Wedding preservation orders per week so reserving your spot insures that we will be able to preserve your keepsakes.

Can I preserve flowers from a loved ones funeral service?
Yes, we can make a remembrance keepsake as well as a keepsake for any occasion.

Do you work on previously dried flowers?
Yes, and we can also do bouquet recreation. We can match your flowers to your original bouquet. We cannot change the shape or texture of already dried flowers. In some cases we can do color correction upon request.
